The Sentio Supervision Model in action

The study: A case study following one client's treatment and the therapist's weekly supervision under the Sentio Supervision Model.

What they found: The model combines routine outcome monitoring, review of therapy recordings and deliberate practice skills training. The outcome measure flagged the client as at risk of deterioration; after deliberate practice supervision, the client recovered and was on track for a good outcome. Annotated transcripts show how supervision shaped the therapy.

Why it matters for practice: A clear picture of how feedback from outcome measures can direct what gets practiced in supervision.
